2020年6月，上海协微环境科技有限公司由上海协微精密机械有限公司创始团队与韩国GnBS公司合作共同创办，是一家专注于尾气处理设备研发、生产及销售服务，真空泵维修及真空产品销售，加热带研发、生产及销售的环境友好型企业，运用多年行业应用经验，为客户提供专业的尾气处理器选型配置方案及运维指导。
凭借可靠的产品质量和良好的售后服务，协微环境赢得了客户的一致认可。我们的产品遍及泛半导体行业(半导体, 面板, 太阳能, LED)及高校、研究所、特气公司、工程公司的各类生产工艺，包括CVD、PVD、Diffusion、Etching和Implantation等，可安全有效处理包括氟碳化合物在内的各类有毒有害气体。

In June, 2020, Shanghai Shareway Environment Technology Co., Ltd. is an eco-friendly enterprise focusing on R & D, production and sales services of local scrubber and heating jacket, vacuum pump maintenance and vacuum product sales, which established jointly by the founding team of Shanghai Shareway Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and South Korea GnBS Engineering Co., Ltd.. With years of profound experience, Shareway Environment continuously provides customers with professional local scrubber solutions, including configuration proposal, guidance of operation and maintenance.
With our reliable product quality and good aftersales service, Shareway Environment has gained good reputation from our customer.
